The lounge features luxurious leather furniture and is complete with a 32″ flat screen TV with Freeview and DVD player. In the study you will find CD / radio, books, games and puzzles. There is also WiFi for guests who bring a laptop.
The house is situated just 30 yards from the Blue Flag Beach of Preston Sands and it is just and easy stroll along the promenade to Paignton town centre. There is a large sheltered sun deck situated to the front of the house, from where the spectacular views can truly be appreciated. The town offers many fine eateries serving locally sourced fish.
