French doors open onto the balcony for enjoying fresh air and rural views. Climb the stairs to the mezzanine den with sofa bed for quiet reading. The master bedroom with twin beds and ensuite is on the lower ground floor along with a large single bedroom and bunk room.

Maristow, Gitcombe Estate, Cornworthy is surrounded by 14 acres of outdoor amenities and country walks. It's a short drive from the quirky town of Totnes with its ancient castle, weekly market and riverside pubs. You're within easy reach of Dartmoor walks and timeless villages to explore. Historic Dartmouth (seven miles) is the place for steam trains, boat trips and upscale seafood restaurants. The National Trust properties of Greenway and Coleton Fishacre are nearby with beautiful gardens overlooking the Dart Valley. Head to Blackpool Sands seven miles away or explore Slapton Sands with its WW2 monument and nature reserve around the Ley. For families, Woodlands Theme Park is less than three miles away.
