The cottage is part of Bratton Mill in 28 acres of private woodland so be ready to spot red deer, kingfishers, otters and other wildlife on your walkabouts. Barnstaple has supermarkets, restaurants and attractions eight miles away and the nearest beach is Combe Martin (ten miles). Don’t miss visiting RHS Rosemoor, NT Arlington Court (four miles), lovely Hartland Abbey and beautiful Clovelly (28 miles).
