Templeton, Trenance is located near pretty Mawgan Porth just a short stroll from the sand. Mawgan Porth Beach is one of the best in North Devon with an RNLI lifeguard in summer. The golden sand has a stream running through it, rock pools for exploring and several caves. The surf is excellent for bodyboarding and surfing like a pro! When hunger strikes, the village has a good choice of restaurants, a pub, cafes and takeaways. There are tennis courts and golf nearby along with scenic walks along the coastal path to Bedruthan Steps. Spend a day in nearby Padstow, crabbing from the harbour wall, or visit Newquay's award-winning attractions.
