A spacious and modern barn conversion with a communal garden

The Parlour, Presingoll Barns, is a beautifully converted barn on the outskirts of St Agnes. This spacious property is airy and modern with light, bright rooms and plenty of space for four people plus a dog. Relax in the open plan living area, curl up in front of the wood burner on chilly evenings, cook up a feast in the well-equipped kitchen, and then dine at the breakfast bar or four-person dining table. Get a great night's sleep in the two large and comfortable bedrooms. Choose from a king-size with a stylish en-suite, or a twin room with a Smart TV. Both rooms have garden access.

Spend sunny evenings in the communal gardens enjoying BBQ dinners and cold drinks with friends. During colder months, move the party inside, where the wood burner creates a cosy atmosphere.

The Parlour, Presingoll Barns, is just over a kilometre from the centre of St Agnes, one of Cornwall's loveliest coastal villages. This former mining town is now a favourite with tourists and artists who come to view the pretty cottages, explore the winding streets filled with galleries and cafes, and hike the rugged surrounding landscape. And, of course, to enjoy the beautiful beach where you can surf, paddleboard, kayak, or simply relax in the sun. Walk the coastal path to visit neighbouring Porthtowan (6.5 km) and Perranporth (7 km), or hop in the car to visit vibrant Newquay (18 km).
