Nimbus Cottage, Trevose Head Lighthouse, Trevose is a unique place to stay for birders, walkers and those who love to watch the restless sea. All on the ground floor the luxury accommodation includes a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a dining room and sitting room with logburner, all enjoying panoramic sea views. Nimbus Cottage, Trevose Head Lighthouse sits on the headland between Harlyn and Constantine Bay with sandy beaches for surfing, building sandcastles and swimming in both directions. Accessed via a mile-long private road, the lighthouse was built in 1847 and is now automated and managed by Trinity House. It offers stunning walks along the coast path to Harlyn or Porthcothan. One of four cottages in the lighthouse complex, it is four miles from Padstow with its narrow streets, galleries, harbour and upscale fish restaurants. Visit the nearby Camel Creek Adventure Park or the Eden Project, 23 miles away.
