This semi-detached cottage has two bedrooms – a king-size double and a twin – both with sea views. There’s an open plan kitchen with dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washer-dryer and a dining area. The sitting room is a pleasant place to sit out and watch TV in front of the electric wood-burner.
As well as stunning sea views, you can watch boat traffic plying the waves below from the communal lawned area. The property includes off-road parking for one car and additional parking nearby.
Brook Cottage, Trevose Head Lighthouse is reached down a mile-long private lane and sits on the headland 75 feet above the sea. Four miles west of Padstow with its harbour, narrow streets and seafood restaurants, the cottage is between the sandy surfing beaches at Harlyn and Constantine Bay, both two miles away. Join the coastal path outside the door and walk to Padstow for lunch or play a round of golf at nearby Trevose Golf and Country Club. Camel Creek Adventure Park is 20 minutes away and the Eden Project with its eco-biomes is about 30 minutes by car.
