Polstein, Threemilestone is within easy strolling distance of the village for picking up fresh bread and pasties, or frequenting the local pub and general stores. The lovely city of Truro is three miles away with its grand cathedral, cobbled streets and pannier market. It hosts regular events at Hall for Cornwall and on Lemon Quay. The house is midway between the rolling surf on North Cornwall's beaches at Perranporth and Porthtowan (seven miles) and the scenic harbour towns on the south coast, including Falmouth and Fowey. Highlights include the National Maritime Museum at Falmouth (12 miles), Trelissick Gardens and the Eden Project.
