A rural lodge for two with spectacular countryside views and a hot tub

Crows Nest, Bampton, is an attractive single-storey stone lodge with expansive views of the surrounding Devonshire countryside. Set on the grounds of Marwood Farm, this property enjoys an elevated position with its own driveway. Enter the cottage through glass doors into a modern, open-plan living space with high, beamed ceilings, a comfortable lounge and a well-equipped kitchen. Rustic wooden doors open onto a spacious bedroom with a king-size bed and a shower room. Outside you can relax on the furnished terrace or head to the nearby summer house to enjoy a soak in the private hot tub.

Be as active as you like in this wonderful countryside retreat. Spend your days hiking, biking and exploring, or simply relax and unwind in your luxurious cottage with a view.

Crows Nest is just a 10-minute drive from Bampton, a small town with shops, cafes and pubs, and fifteen minutes from larger Tiverton, where you’ll find a wider choice of amenities. Crows Nest also sits on the edge of the Exmoor National Park, home to over 1,000km of trails and a paradise for nature lovers. Enjoy hiking, cycling, climbing, fishing and wildlife watching in this stunning landscape. If the beach is more your scene, it’s around 30 kilometres to the coast, where you can walk for miles along unspoilt Blue Anchor Bay Beach hunting for fossils in the alabaster rocks.
