Totherside, Kingswear is more than a holiday home with its incredible view of the river and the town on one side and lush green fields of on the other. The open-plan living area is designed to maximise the views over the river, making it perfect for relaxing as you soak in the views. Cooks and coffee lovers will love the kitchen’s appliances with the electric hob, oven, microwave, fridge, espresso and Nespresso machines. There’s also a washing machine, dryer, and dishwasher to take care of the chores we don’t really want to do while on holiday. Use the barbecue on the patio whip up an al fresco meal, then sit back and enjoy the views while you eat. The house has four bedrooms and three bathrooms to accommodate eight people.
Feel like royalty as you sit on top of the port enjoying drinks at night while looking out on the amazing lights of the town across the river. Then wander into the village to enjoy dinner at one of the nearby eateries.
Totherside, Kingswear is only five minutes on foot from the best pubs and shops in the town. Kingswear is a lovely tranquil village, with many attractions just a short drive away. Spend a day in Coleton Fishacre walking among the flowers and visiting its house from the art deco era. Take the passenger ferry to Dartmouth, where you will arrive at a pier that is technically the last stop on the Dartmouth and Torbay Railway! The River Dart provides plenty of opportunities for water sports and you are just a short drive from the Dartmoor National Park.
