A large stone cottage with a sunroom, garden and stunning countryside views

Lower Norton Farmhouse, Norton is a fantastic stone property with stunning views of the Devonshire countryside. Enter the spacious hallway and into a large lounge where you can relax on abundant seating beside the wood-burning fire. Or continue into the sunroom to enjoy its beautiful views. You'll find everything you need in the vast kitchen dining area, including a huge central island, a large table ideal for family dining, two squashy sofas and a second wood burner. At the end of the day, make use of the three bathrooms (two ensuites) with their statement baths and large walk-in showers, then retire to one of five comfortable bedrooms.

Throw open the sunroom's glass doors to let the outside in. Put your feet up and relax as children and dogs make the most of the enclosed patio and garden.

Lower Norton Farmhouse, Norton sits on the outskirts of Dartmouth, in the South Devon Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. It's an ideal base for exploring this beautiful area. Hikers, bikers and dog walkers can make the most of the many trails through the countryside and along the banks of the Dart River. Or head into Dartmouth to explore the bustling waterfront, abundant shops and excellent restaurants. Visit the 14th-century Dartmouth Castle and Dartmouth Museum to learn about local history, take the kids to Paignton Zoo for a fun family day out, or to Blackpool Sands with its blue flag status and watersports schools.
