A spacious open plan family house with private lawned garden

Red Sails, Brixham is a spacious semi with contemporary open-plan rooms flowing out into the private lawned garden. Plush purple corduroy sofas contrast with black leather dining chairs in the open plan living room, warmed by a woodburner. The stylish white kitchen is fully equipped including dishwasher, washing machine and fridge freezer. Upstairs three nautically themed bedrooms (master with king-size four poster, a double room and bunk room with TV) promise a good night's sleep. The family bathroom includes a shower over bath. Off-road parking for one car is a bonus.

Enjoy sunny days chilling in the garden while children play on the grass. Informal family dining is the order of the day in the gazebo with a charcoal barbecue and picnic bench table.

Red Sails, Brixham is within walking distance of Brixham harbour for enjoying cafe dining and seafood cuisine at one of the waterfront eateries. The town has ample small shops, a museum and replica Golden Hind moored in the harbour. Boat trips and fishing charters are a must-do. Kids will love the saltwater pool on sandy Breakwater Beach less than a mile away while Churston Cove and Beachcombe Cove are ½ mile away along the South West Coast Path. National Trust’s Coleton Fishacre and Agatha Christie's Greenway are a short drive away along with historic Dartmouth. Churston Golf Course, Paignton Zoo and Splashdown Quaywest are top attractions nearby.
