Brixham Harbour is the resting place of the replica of Drake’s Golden Hind. Other local attractions are the Coastguard Museum, Coffin House and Brixham Heritage Museum. Walkers and nature lovers will enjoy the South West Coast Path and Berry Head Country Park with its Napoleonic Fort and lighthouse. Dartmouth Castle and the Heritage Steam Railway make an excellent day out, or visit the neighbouring resorts of Torquay and Paignton.
