The Sippen, Northleigh Farm is in a tranquil location near the hamlet of Northleigh. A few miles away is Colyton, a charming little town with plenty of shops, pubs and restaurants. The town nestles in the Axe Valley, and Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Honiton, known for its fine lacemaking and antique shops is a short drive away. Dartmoor National Park, with its rugged landscape, is within driving distance. The Jurassic Coast is within easy reach, where you can hunt for fossils or head for the golden sands at Sidmouth and Seaton Down.
