Located in on a traditional Devon farm, just four miles outside the town of Honiton, Old Ford Farm Annexe is a one-bedroom, single storey cottage for two people. The large and comfortable sitting room has a sliding doors that open onto a small decking area. There is also a dining area adjacent to the small kitchen, which has everything that you could need to make a meal. The double bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. The cottage is an annexe to the main farmhouse but has a separate entrance and its own private garden.
Enjoy your breakfast sitting out in your private garden, surrounded by green pastures, while sheep graze in the field around you.
Old Ford Farm Annexe is in an idyllic location just a short walk from the hamlet of Wilmington with its traditional country pub. Honiton, known for its fine lacemaking and antique shops is a few minutes' drive away. Slightly further afield, you can hunt for fossils on the Jurassic Coast and enjoy a cream tea in the delightful villages nearby. Dartmoor National Park has geocaching & letterboxing and wild ponies while the National Trust properties of Killerton House and Knightshayes are beautifully restored and maintained. Families can head to the white-knuckle rides a Crealy Theme Park and spend time on the golden sands at Sidmouth and Seaton Down.
