Hike the coastal path, go surfing or check the menus at the local pub and seafood restaurants nearby. Padstow (ten miles away) is a quaint harbour famous for its fish restaurants and celebrity chefs. Go crabbing, take a boat trip or tuck into the tastiest fish and chips. Newquay (six miles) has several surfing beaches, shops a-plenty and a lively nightlife. The area has golf courses, orienteering and Camel Creek Adventure Park for families.
