Take a break at any of the small cafes in the area or visit any of the small shops for some souvenirs. Explore Truro and discover its exceptional mix of cultural facilities, such as museums, theatres, and art galleries. The architecture in the area is superb, with cobblestoned streets connecting Georgian homes. If you’ve got more time, ride a boat to nearby Falmouth (18 km) for some fishing, diving, or strolling by the sea. Pendennis Castle also beckons in Falmouth and provides you with the opportunity to see an actual Tudor fortress.
