Laity Vean Farmhouse and Hideaway, Carbis Bay provides luxury living space for nine guests in the farmhouse and adjoining annex Hideaway. Five bedrooms and three bathrooms make this ideal for groups with a large living area and sofas for informal social gatherings around the stone fireplace with cosy woodburner. There's a spacious dining room for family meals and board games as well as an eat-in kitchen with Shaker-style cabinets. It's fully equipped for groups and there's a smaller annex kitchen. The farmhouse has a king-size master ensuite, a double and single room while the annex has two double bedrooms (one super-king-size / twin). There's a bright living room / conservatory and access to private enclosed gardens.

Relax with drinks in the conservatory with the doors flung open into the enclosed garden. It's the perfect space for kids to romp while adults relax and chat.

Laity Vean Farmhouse and Hideaway, Carbis Bay is ideally located for beach lovers, foodies and art-lovers. Sheltered Carbis Bay is perfect for families and the hotel has an excellent spa. Hop on the local train to St Ives to avoid parking hassle in this compact town. Explore art galleries, pubs and museums including Tate St Ives and the Barbara Hepworth Sculpture Garden. Walk the coast path to Hayle or surf the waves on beautiful Porthmeor Beach. Families will enjoy a day at Paradise Park and Jungle Barn or head south (nine miles) to Marazion and the iconic St Michael's Mount. The visitor centre, house and gardens are open to the public.
