Once part of the 12th century Roserrow farm estate, The Millhouse is a stunning stone-built house for ten with spacious first floor patio overlooking the garden. The first floor has a breakfast kitchen with Aga, electric oven and exposed beams. It adjoins the open-plan dining and sitting room with feature fireplace for cosy evenings. There’s a bunk room and cloakroom on this level and four further bedrooms below: three double rooms with ensuites and a twin room plus family bathroom. Parking and garden.
After a day or hiking or surfing, relax on the private patio and enjoy the serenity of this peaceful setting. Make use of the charcoal barbecue or head to one of Polzeath’s renowened restaurants for dinner.
The Millhouse, Roserrow is just five minutes’ drive from beautiful Polzeath Beach which is ideal for families and surfers with a lifeguard in summer.
