Swallow Cottage is a traditional Cornish property on the outskirts of Port Isaac. This charming cottage has bags of character and plenty of original features, including sloped and beamed ceilings, exposed brick walls and an impressive open fireplace in the lounge / dining room. Pet-friendly and comfortable, this cottage is a welcoming space with a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with a bath and separate shower cubicle, two beautifully decorated bedrooms – one kingsize and one twin with an extra bed – and a large garden with expansive views of the surrounding countryside. There is also private driveway parking for two cars.

Fire up the barbecue for an alfresco meal in the garden. Relax in the comfortable outdoor dining area and enjoy a cold drink as children and dogs play on the lawn.

Swallow Cottage is located amidst rolling countryside a short walk from the pretty town of Port Isaac, which found fame as the filming location of Doc Martin. Spend your days exploring the narrow streets, picturesque harbour and Port Gaverne Beach, or wander along the South West Coastal Path to enjoy the stunning scenery. Then take a day trip to try surfing in Polzeath (7.5 km), explore the sophisticated resort town Rock (11 km) or cross the river into Padstow (11.5 km) to experience its famously excellent dining scene.
