The Langley Tarne is a charming stone cottage in the heart of the village of Mousehole (pronounced Mow-zel). Polished wood floors, a library alcove and an open fire make guests welcome year-round to this delightful pet-friendly retreat. The sitting room has a cosy dining area and open-plan kitchen with granite worktops, dishwasher and fridge-freezer. Window seats provide a place to watch the world go by. Sleep well in the king-size bed next to the spacious bathroom with roll-top bath and separate shower.
Sit outside the front door and catch the rays while enjoying a morning coffee or indulging in a Cornish clotted cream tea, perhaps.
Set in the picturesque fishing village of Mousehole, The Langley Tarne provides a peaceful escape for couples at any time of year. The lovely town of Penzance is three miles away with a good choice of shops, pubs, museum, gift shops, galleries and restaurants and St Michael’s Mount is within easy reach. There's a good local bus service to Penzance every 20 minutes and you can walk back along the coastal footpath in about an hour. Nearby beaches include Porthcurno and scenic Lamorna Cove.
