Crantock village has a good selection of shops, grocery stores, a pub, cafe and the golden sandy beach. It's perfect for sandcastles, ball games, swimming and surfing. Walk the nearby coast path towards St Agnes or Newquay 2.5 miles away which has a zoo, Blue Reef Aquarium, boat trips and coasteering opportunities. And kids will love Dairyland Farm Park (six miles away) with its farm animals, museum and play area. Lappa Valley has mini train rides and family fun while the Gannel Estuary is perfect for stand-up paddleboarding, kayaking and bird-watching.
