The Dunes, Crantock is a modern brick-clad three storey terraced cottage that is fully equipped for the perfect stay. Three bedrooms include a ground floor twin room and a super-king / twin with ensuite shower room with another super-king and a family bathroom with velux windows on the second floor. The first floor has an open living room and modern well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washer / dryer. There's a wooden dining table for six and a cosy corner sofa for putting your feet up in the evening. Parking for one car is by local permit from April through September.
The outdoor patio is an added bonus for dining and relaxing with drinks in the evening sun. There's a lawned area and a handy garden shed for storing beach toys and wetsuits.
The Dunes, Crantock is the perfect modern base for a family beach holiday. Walk to sandy Crantock Beach and paddle or kayak in the Gannel Estuary which is a haven for waterbirds. Just the other side of the Pentire Peninsula, Newquay town has shops, a choice of bars and restaurants and several beaches. Fistral Beach is known for its watersports centre and surfing. Kids can visit Newquay Zoo, the Blue Reef Aquarium and play crazy golf at Pirate's Quest. More adventurous visitors can book a sea safari or try coasteering from Newquay Activity Centre. Padstow and Perranporth are within easy reach and the Eden Project is four minutes away.
