Offshore, Crantock is a spacious family home on a quiet residential road with off-road parking and accommodation on two floors. The sitting room is furnished with neutral colours and has two comfy sofas around the feature electric fireplace and TV. The open dining kitchen has ample storage and twin ovens for cooking up a storm, and a dishwasher for washing up afterwards. There's a second sitting area for quiet moments. Two of the four bedrooms are nestled beneath the eaves and include a king-size double with ensuite shower room and a twin room. Downstairs there's a second twin, a double and a family bathroom.
You'll want to spend time outdoors in the seating area, popping a cork on a bottle of local wine from the Atlantic Vineyard after taking a tour and tasting.
Offshore, Crantock is a short but pleasant walk from the village shops, convenience store, cafe and pubs. National Trust-owned Crantock Beach is ten minutes walk away and offers a delightful sandy cove with stream for kids to play and some decent waves for surfers. Newquay has plenty of shops, pubs and nightlife just four miles away. Take a boat trip from the harbour, enjoy fish and chips in the salty sea air, spend a day at Newquay Zoo, play a round of golf or see amazing marine-life at the Blue Reef Aquarium. The Eden Project (22 miles away) offers interesting plants and a waterfall in tropical biomes.
