The bright well-lit open living room has two stylish sofas, a glass dining area and a full kitchen. It boasts modern wood cabinets and fitted appliances including a coffee maker and dishwasher. Sliding doors open directly onto the furnished balcony for amazing beach / sea views. Take your pick from the king-size bedroom with TV and ensuite shower room or the twin bedroom with family bathroom and shower over bath. Parking included.

Return home after battling the waves and look forward to relaxing on the glass balcony with your favourite drinks and snacks. It's a great place to make plans for the night ahead.

25 The Waves, Tregurrian is well located for beach lovers and walkers being close to the coast path. Restaurants and breakfast cafes overlooking the beach are just steps from the door. Go surfing, take lessons with Newquay Activity Centre, play golf or just relax and work on your suntan. Cornwall Aviation Heritage Centre is nearby, part of RAF St Mawgan. Head into Newquay for fishing trips, shopping and nightlife. Newquay Zoo and Blue Reef Aquarium are worth visiting. Further afield, Perranporth and Crantock are popular with families and Flambards (three miles away) has some exciting new rides. For a day of culture, head to historic Truro (15 miles away) or visit the eco-friendly Eden Project (17 miles).
