Head into Newquay for fishing trips, shopping and nightlife. Newquay Zoo and Blue Reef Aquarium are worth visiting. Further afield, Perranporth and Crantock are popular with families and Flambards (three miles away) has some exciting new rides. For a day of culture, head to historic Truro (15 miles away) or visit the eco-friendly Eden Project (17 miles).
