The farm complex has plenty of parking and ½ acre grounds with playing field and above ground swimming pool. When booked as a whole it can cater for up to 30 guests and is a licensed wedding venue.

Golfers are five miles from Trethorne Golf Club and Leisure Park and the Camel Trail for walking and cycling is 15 miles away at Bodmin.
