Nirvana, Kingsand is a spacious four bedroom beach house for nine facing the slipway and beach. The modernised Grade II listed Georgian house has splendid sea views from all three levels. Modern upgrades meld with some interesting links to the past including original fireplaces, low door lintels (beware!) and Victorian tile hallway. On the first floor there's a spacious double bedroom with futon sofa bed and ensuite shower room, plus a double, a twin room and a family bathroom. Head upwards again to find a king-size master bedroom with bathroom. Relax in the bath and enjoy fabulous sea views!
Extended families and groups of friends can make themselves at home in the huge open living room with woodburner and squishy sofas. Share meals and play games on the large farmhouse dining table or relax outdoors in the courtyard and patio garden.
With the beach on your doorstep and shops and pubs down the road, Nirvana, Kingsand has the best of everything! Walk along the shore to the adjoining village of Cawsand for more local shops, art studios, cafés and pubs. Watch rowing gigs racing across the calm bay or explore Rame Head Heritage Coast with its ancient chapel. Nearby Whitsand Bay has miles of sand at low tide overlooked by clifftop cafés. Antony House and Garden and Mount Edgcumbe Country Park are less than five miles away along with the Torpoint ferry to Plymouth.
