A beautiful traditional cottage with a lovely courtyard

July Cottage, Constantine is a beautifully decorated traditional cottage. Inside this two-bedroom property, you'll find characterful original features alongside a contemporary colour scheme and comfortable furniture. Relax in the cosy lounge in front of the exposed brick fireplace and wood burner. Create delicious meals in the elegantly finished and fully equipped kitchen. Then climb the cobalt blue staircase to get a great night's sleep in the two bedrooms above. Outside you'll find a lovely enclosed courtyard with a bistro table and chairs, perfect for relaxing in the sunshine or entertaining over a glass of wine.

Spend your days getting back to nature as you explore the beautiful surrounding countryside, then return to this peaceful cottage for cosy evenings in front of the fire.

July Cottage is in Constantine, one of Cornwall's lesser known – but still fascinating – towns. It's home to a 13th-century church, 19th-century chapel, arts centre and museum, plus cafes and traditional country pubs. Hiking and biking trails lead to the banks of the Helford River, which is lined with estuary beaches, then keep going along the coastline – or hop in your car – to visit Falmouth (11 km). This bustling town is packed with activities and adventures for all ages. Visit the castles and natural deep-water harbour, enjoy the beautiful beaches and try a range of watersports, then refuel at the many excellent restaurants and cafes.
