If you fancy a change, you can walk or drive to nearby Bude (5 km), a tourist favourite with a beautiful beach, saltwater swimming pool, and canal offering a lovely place to walk and watch for wildlife. You'll also find plenty of shops, eateries, and fun activities like horse riding, golf and castle tours.
