Perrywinkle, Ashton sits in a rural location just three kilometres from Praa Sands. This laid-back beach town is home to cafes, pubs, surf shops and a beautiful expanse of dune-backed beach popular with families and surfers. In the busy season, the neighbouring Hendra Beach is quieter but equally beautiful. Take a day trip to Marazion (8.5 km) to see the iconic castle-topped island St Micheal’s Mount. Continue on to explore historic Penzance (15 km), the very tip of the country at Land’s End (30 km), or head north to visit artistic, beautiful St Ives (21 km).
