A unique wood and brick holiday home with beautiful views of the countryside

Cedar House, Presingoll Barns is a contemporary wood and brick, two-storey lodge on the outskirts of St Agnes. Enter this unique home to find a family bathroom and two spacious bedrooms on the ground floor. One twin and one king-size with ensuite and smart TV, both finished with high-quality wooden furniture and floorboards. Climb the stairs to the open plan first floor, a beautiful space with a beamed apex ceiling and gorgeous countryside views. Relax in the vast lounge beside the log burner or whip up a snack in the sleek, fully equipped kitchen. Head to the balcony to enjoy the view or dine al fresco in the courtyard.

Return from a day spent exploring the countryside, light the log burner and relax in a leather recliner with one eye on the flames and one on the beautiful view.

Cedar House, Presingoll Barns, is on the outskirts of St Agnes, slightly removed from the bustle of this pretty village but close enough to enjoy the many cafes, pubs, shops and restaurants. The surrounding countryside is an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty crisscrossed with hiking, biking and horse riding trails, perfect for nature lovers and birdwatchers. You'll find several stunning beaches nearby where you can surf the famous Cornish waves, try kayaking and SUP boarding or relax in the sun. If you fancy a change, larger, livelier Newquay (22km) is just a short drive away.
