The sun-drenched interior has an open-plan living room and well equipped kitchen with centre island breakfast bar, washer / dryer and dishwasher. Dine together at the family dining table and then put your feet up in front of the contemporary woodburner. Ideal for a family or two couples, the home has two twin bedrooms and two bathrooms, one ensuite. Outside there's parking for one car and communal landscaped gardens to explore.

Huge dual-aspect windows draw the eye to the breathtaking view through bi-fold doors. The expansive wooden deck is the perfect spot for barbecues and reading in the sun.

The Deck House, Goonvrea is well located for those who enjoy walking. Clifftop paths lead to St Agnes Beacon, National Trust Wheal Coates former tin mine or around the coast to St Agnes town in just 15 minutes. Chapel Porth Beach is reputedly the most beautiful in the area with golden sand, rock pools and surfing waves. Neighbouring Trevaunance Cove offers surf lessons, kayaking adventure tours and stand-up paddleboarding. The area has many beaches in the Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The county capital, Truro, has a cathedral, shops and the Hall for Cornwall events venue.
