Broadsands Retreat, Goodrington is a detached dormer bungalow with four bedrooms and two bathrooms to accommodate eight guests. When you're not at the nearby beach there's a welcoming living room with leather sofas and woodburner, dining area and French doors to the enclosed garden. A modern fully equipped kitchen and utility room take the hard work out of looking after the family. Two kingsize bedrooms and a family bathroom are downstairs with a double ensuite and twin bedroom upstairs where the best sea views can be enjoyed.
The deck will be a favourite spot for everyone to gather. It's perfect for relaxing, chatting and enjoying morning coffee and drinks before dinner.
Broadsands Retreat, Goodrington is superbly located for traditional seaside activities with sandy beaches and Splashdown Waterpark right on the doorstep. The area has plenty of cafes, pubs and take-aways with Paignton Pier and famous zoo less than ten minutes away. Churston Golf Club welcomes visitors. Walkers can join the coastal footpath and walk to Brixham harbour (three miles away) for lunch or boat trips. Agatha Christie's home, Greenway is a similar distance with boat trips down the River Dart to Kingswear and historic Dartmouth. The renowned Steam Railway from Dartmouth to Paigntonis a must-do!
