Situated seven miles from historic city of Launceston, Lower West Curry Farmhouse is a period house set in 18 acres of farmland. The spacious farmhouse comfortably sleeps eight people and is full of original features likes the ceiling beam and large fireplaces. The sitting room features a wood burner, making it a cosy space to relax in the evenings in cooler weather. There is a separate dining room and a spacious kitchen with two ovens, induction hob, a microwave and dishwasher. Upstairs are four bedrooms, one of which is king, and the others are doubles. On the ground floor there is a shower room and upstairs is a family bathroom. Outside, the terrace is great place to relax and enjoy the views across Bodmin Moor.
Children will love helping the farmer feed the farm animals and handling the animals. Spring is real treat with lambs and piglets around the farm.
Lower West Curry Farmhouse, Boyton is in a rural location, although there is village pub a few miles away as well as shops. The farmhouse is only a short drive from the dog-friendly beach of Black Rock at Widemouth Bay. It's Blue Flag Beach and is very popular with families. There are National Trust properties nearby or you can discover the area's industrial past at the Morwellham Quay Working Village and Mine.
