Located in a quiet part of the village of Braunton, Nairn is a fantastic six-bedroom house with a large garden. The whole house has a spacious feel and manages to be cosy at the same time. The sitting room has large comfy sofas where you relax and enjoy the views of the garden. For cooler evenings, the log burner will keep you toasty warm. There is a second sitting room and a snug, just off the kitchen. The kitchen and dining area is large and well equipped, with a kitchen that is big enough to cater for a small banquet. Also on the ground floor, you will find the games room where you can enjoy a game of pool.
Upstairs, there are six bedrooms and three of these have en-suite facilities. Two of the bedroom are king rooms, one is a super king, one is a bunk room and there are two twin rooms, one of which can be configured as a super king on request. The king and super king rooms have access to the first-floor balcony, with lovely views over the garden. Out in the garden, there is plenty of space, with a play area for the kids and a fantastic terrace where the adults can enjoy an alfresco drink. Relax in the hot tub and enjoy a glass of something bubbly as the warm water and bubbling jets soothe your muscles.
Nairn is on the outskirts of Braunton, and within a fifteen minute walk you can find plenty of local shops and restaurants. Just a short drive away is the historic market town of Barnstaple, a thriving town referred to as the capital of North Devon. Head off to one of the sandy beaches along the North Devon coast, with Woolacombe, Saunton and Croyde all within easy driving distance and offering miles of soft sand. There are also plenty of opportunities to enjoy water sports along the coast and for golf enthusiasts, there is a course close by.
