Situated in the sleepy hamlet of Northleigh, just outside Colyton, Battens is three-bedroom converted barn cottage for six people. Battens is located on a working Devonshire farm. The ground floor consists of an open plan living area and kitchen. The kitchen is well-equipped, with all you will need for whipping up a family dinner. There are French Doors off the living area that lead to a little furnished patio. Also on the ground floor is a twin bedroom with en-suite WC and sink. Upstairs there are two more bedrooms, a double and another twin, along with the family bathroom.

Battens, Northleigh Farm is in a tranquil location near the hamlet of Northleigh. A few miles away is Colyton, a charming little town that nestles in the Axe Valley in East Devonshire. The beautifully preserved stone and thatched buildings line the tiny streets. Honiton, known for its fine lacemaking and antique shops is a short drive away. Dartmoor National Park is within driving distance and has geocaching & Dartmoor letterboxing and wild ponies. The Jurassic Coast is within easy reach, where you can hunt for fossils or head for the golden sands at Sidmouth and Seaton Down.
