Four guests can enjoy a relaxing stay at Barn Cottage, Brayford which has three bedrooms (one double and two single rooms) and a modern family bathroom. Part of the former farmhouse, the cottage is surrounded by mature gardens and countryside views. All on one level, there’s a separate kitchen and a sitting room furnished with sofa, table and chairs. Two picture windows provide ample natural daylight and stunning rural views. There is allocated parking and a private garden with lawns and a picnic table.

Barn Cottage, Brayford is in a pretty river valley on the edge of Exmoor National Park. There’s a pub nearby serving excellent meals and a village shop for staples. South Molton has a grocery store, butchers and fruit and veg shop seven miles away. Enjoy walks from the door or head to the North Devon Coast and ride the Cliff Railway between Lynton and Lynmouth. Combe Martin is a pretty village with a sandy cove and a Wildlife and Dinosaur Park ten miles away. Ifracombe has a Victorian High Street, theatre, restaurants and harbour boat trips. Tunnels Beach and Lee Bay are excellent sandy beaches.
