A tranquil Cornish hideaway with hot tub, gardens and coastal adventures await

South Lodge, Bonython Estate, Cross Lanes is a charming single-storey, wooden-clad retreat set within the grounds of Bonython Estate, one of the Great Gardens of Cornwall. The open-plan living, dining and kitchen area is the heart of the home, where the kitchen comes equipped with an electric range cooker, Tassimo coffee machine and dishwasher, and the dining table seats four for leisurely meals together. Relax in the sitting area on one of two plush sofas, warmed by the wood burning stove, or enjoy an evening in front of the Smart Television.

Stepping outside, the garden room offers a peaceful spot for yoga, reading or quiet contemplation, while the sprawling garden invites younger guests to play amid the trees. As evening falls, sink into the bubbling hot tub beneath the stars (available at an extra charge). The opulent master bedroom features a super king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with freestanding bath and walk-in shower, while bedroom two offers two single beds with its own en-suite shower room. Off-road parking for two cars awaits on the private driveway.

Picture mornings spent wandering Bonython Estate's elegant gardens and tranquil lakes, dog in tow, before returning to warm your toes beside the crackling stove. Afternoons might lead you to the rugged shores of Kynance Cove, or a leisurely stroll through Cadgwith's postcard-pretty harbour. As dusk settles, uncork a bottle of fizz, sink into the hot tub, and let the soothing hush of the countryside wrap around you, memories made to last long after your stay.
