Experience Fowey's harbour charm from a stylish cottage with river views

River Watch, Fowey is a charming cottage cleverly designed across three levels to capture the most spectacular views. The stylish kitchen and dining area on the ground floor features a contemporary breakfast bar for four, complemented by an electric oven and hob, integrated fridge / freezer and dishwasher, wine cooler, Nespresso coffee machine, and washer / dryer. Ascend to the first floor where the light-filled living room takes full advantage of the elevated position, offering comfortable seating including a corner sofa and armchair, plus a wall-mounted Smart TV for relaxing evenings.

Step outside to the enclosed terrace garden, a peaceful sun-trap furnished with rattan seating where you can savour morning coffee while taking in views across the rooftops towards the glittering estuary. Two beautifully appointed bedrooms provide restful accommodation: the king-size room commands scenic river and church views, whilst the small double room (more suited to one adult or two children) offers a cosy retreat. The gorgeous bathroom on the first floor features both a rainfall shower and separate bath, and there's the rare advantage of private off-street parking for one car directly outside the property.

Picture lazy mornings with freshly brewed Nespresso on your private terrace, watching boats drift past on the estuary below. Wander down through narrow streets to the harbour, discovering independent galleries and waterside cafes, then perhaps stroll to Readymoney Cove for an afternoon on the sand. As dusk settles over the water, return to your elevated living room where those river views become even more magical beneath the evening sky.

River Watch, Fowey places you in the heart of this stunning harbour town within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
