Once a pilot's home, this 18th century cottage has been beautifully updated with a spacious open plan kitchen / dining room and bi-fold doors onto the deck. There's a double bedroom with ensuite shower room and amazing views from the king-size bed, a family bathroom and den/playroom on this level. Climb the stairs and relax in the beamed living room. There's a cosy fire, salvaged from a 19th century warship, and balcony with amazing harbour views. This level also has a double bedroom with balcony, twin bedroom with original ship's cabin beds and a shower room.
The private deck is like sitting on the deck of your own luxury sailboat – without the danger of seasickness. Enjoy waving at passing boats and enjoying alfresco meals. Just below there's a pontoon and shingle beach.

Bovisand Beach is 2 miles away along with coves and villages in this Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Visit Modbury and Kingsbridge or head north to the Tamar Valley and walks on Dartmoor.
