With three bedrooms to sleep eight, Robins Rest, Appletree Cottages, Perranwell is a prime family holiday cottage near Perranporth Beach. There's a contemporary open plan living space with bright eat-in kitchen and a ground floor double bedroom with 5' bed, both with doors onto the large patio for morning coffee and evening drinks and meals. Tastefully decorated and comfortably furnished with leather sofas, it's a spacious home-from-home. Highlights include a dishwasher, X-Box One and Smart TV. Upstairs, the master king-size bedroom and a double bunk room (sleeps four) share a family bathroom which has a bath and separate shower.
The enclosed garden is ideal for barbecues of fresh fish and locally sourced meats and veggies. Alternatively stroll down to the village pub for a local pint and a tasty meal in the restaurant.
Robins Rest, Appletree Cottages, Perranwell is just a short drive from Perranporth's three-mile long sandy beach, coastal path, shops, pubs and eateries. Head to Newquay for some serious surfing on Fistral Beach and Watergate Bay. The Extreme Academy offers tuition and equipment rentals. A short drive away is the coastal mining village of St Agnes. Popular with foodies, it has a small museum and National Trust managed Wheal Coates Tin Mine, part of the World Heritage Landscape. Healey's Cyder Farm, the Eden Project and the Lost Gardens of Heligan are within easy reach.
