Contemporary beach house with games room, hot tub and spectacular sea views
Newly built on an enviable plot just 30m from the sea, Shoretop Beachouse enjoys some of the best views across Whitsand Bay to Rame Peninsula with its landmark chapel. It is set back from the tiny harbour and rocky foreshore that opens onto a gorgeous sandy beach. The first floor living room has modern furnishings, beam features, spiral staircase and panoramic sea views. It includes an open kitchen and dining area. Three bedrooms on the ground floor (king-size, double ensuite and bunk room) sleep seven. The lower floor has a games room equipped with pool table and pub games. The private deck and outdoor hot tub are sure to be well used!
Next to the house is a lobster fisherman's shed. Ask him nicely, and you could be feasting on tender lobster for dinner, fresh from the sea!
