The Wed Show is a must-do for brides at Trereife Estate near Penzance

Brides-to-be in Penzance are in for a real treat with the hosting of The Wed Show at Trereife Estate on 6th April 2014. Organised by the Wed Magazine, it brings together over 70 suppliers of wedding attire and bridal services. Grooms are not forgotten with stylish attire on display along with photographers, caterers, wedding planners, florists and more.

After attending the Wed Show you might even want to book Trereife as your wedding venue and spend your honeymoon night in their manorial B&B suites!

Trevithick Day celebrates the life of Camborne’s famous engineer

Camborne celebrates its mining history when it takes to the streets to celebrate Trevithick Day on 26th April 2014. Richard Trevithick was an 18th century Camborne engineer and inventor who pioneered steam powered rail transport. Naturally the Trevithick Day celebrations include rumbling steam engines, vintage cars, street entertainment, clowns, drama and a fun fair.
