Teignside Cottage is a former fisherman’s cottage perfectly located for a beach and town holiday. You even have a choice of beaches: Back Beach is just a stone’s throw from the door; whilst a two-minute walk in the opposite direction will take you to the Den, with its children’s playground, Victorian pier and miles of golden sand. Even the town centre is only a couple of minute’s walk away. You couldn’t wish for a more convenient location and on arrival you will find cream teas ready for you and fresh flowers.

• A mirrored bathroom cabinet is fitted with a light and shaver point.

• A double-glazed door leads to the white-tiled patio, which has a table with sunshade and five chairs.
